Where are you based?

We are based out of the UK, which is why our shop is in GBP. We do ship worldwide and paypal should convert any currency on your behalf, so you can shop with us from anywhere!

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, so wherever you are you should be able to order from us! If you live somewhere particularly rare and are concerned you might be an exception, send us an email at [email protected] or through the contact feature onsite & we’ll get back to you asap! We definitely ship to all major countries including, but not limited to, the UK, Europe, USA & Australia.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed an order with us, but unfortunately we cannot send shipping confirmations. We aim to ship all orders within a few days of your order (depending on volume) so rest assured your order has likely been shipped! If you are particularly concerned, get in touch with us at [email protected] or through the contact feature on the site.

How often do you ship?

We aim to ship out orders within 2-3 days of receiving them, though depending on the current volume of orders it can sometimes be longer. Rest assured we try to get your order to you as fast as possible!

How long does shipping take?

This depends entirely on where your order is being shipped! For the UK your order should ordinarily be with you within a week. Europe is usually 1-2 weeks though can be up to three and sometimes longer, and the USA tends to be 2-3 weeks though has been known to also take longer. Everywhere else can take anything from 2-6 weeks though occasionally can still be later than this! Unfortunately, it is entirely down to your countries postal service, which is something we have no control over!

Do you have a tracking number for my order?

Unfortunately the answer is likely no. We try and make our base shipping rate as cheap for you as possible which means we don’t add tracking to every order! If you’re particularly concerned, let us know at [email protected] or through our contract feature on site and we might be able to arrange to send your item tracked. Please note though, no matter where you are in the world this option will be more expensive, and the further away you are, the more expensive it will be!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we only accept paypal as a form of payment, as it is easy, secure and pretty much everyone has one! There is currently no option to pay by credit card however we may add this later.

An item I want is out of stock! Will you be restocking it soon?

This depends on the item. If we are restocking the item, we aim to have no item out of stock any longer than 2-3 weeks, though this could be delayed depending on our supplier. We may not restock all items though, so if there is one you particularly want, please let us know at [email protected] or through the contact feature on the site to let us know demand for it!

Will you be making more products with ______ artist in future?

Possibly! If you are interested in more designs from a particular artist that we have (or haven’t) worked with, please let us know at [email protected] or through the contact feature on site and we will look at producing more products with them! We only want to make merch with the rad art you want to cover yourself in, so we are always interested in hearing from you!
